Product£º3-Phase Whole-House Coupler 4825E
Couples X-10 signals across phases; Working with Filter to clean the
¡°noise¡± from outdoors; ? Testing the quality of X-10 signal on the
power line.
Just liking above figure, 3-Phase Whole-House Coupler #4825E
(3-wire) should be fixed after the 3-Phase Whole-House Filter #4805E
(2-wire) where the power line entering your whole room. The Filter
must be used, because it can prevent the interferences from
outdoors, also it can prevent your X10 signal to interfere your
neighbor.
Problem solving:
When one phase receives a signal, the receivers on this phase can
work, while the devices on the other one or two phases can not work.
Testing the X10 signal on each phase, if the ¡°noise¡± on one phase is
too high, you should test whether the receivers on this phase bring
some interference. After check it, you can fix a Filter Module
#4802E to solve this problem.
Testing whether there is some absorber on the one phase, if the
absorption is too serious, you should check whether some appliances
on this phase absorbing X10 signal. If the result is positive, you
should fix a Filter Module #4802E to solve this problem.
Plug a Signal Transmitter #4810E in one phase, and use a Signal
Intensity Indicator #4811E to test the signal range on this phase,
then plug the #4811E in the other two phases to test the signal
range on them; If the range on some phase is too low, you should
change a 3-Phase Whole-House Coupler #4825E.
