it is lightened again. So for 220V
incandescent
lamp there is no strobe problem for
human eyes.

But there are
several problems when using this method
to control LED and fluorescence lamp:
1. Lighting
flicker always, human eyes will feel
unwell after long time using.
2. Seriously reduce the service life
of transformer or ballast (the worst
situation, it will get a serious heat
damage with in
1 month).
3. High EMC problems, in Europe,
this dimmer is forbidden for LED lights
and lamps (Fluorescent) dimming (EMC
problems have affected other electrical
appliances after normal use).
DC control
dimmer (1-10VDC HF Ballast controllers):
